I am transparent about fees and how services are structured so you know what you are signing up for. Therapy may be eligible for insurance reimbursement depending on your plan, while intensives, coaching, programs, and digital resources are private pay only due to their purpose and format.

Individual 50 to 60 minutes $200
Couples or family 50 to 60 minutes $325
Extended Sessions
Extended sessions are private pay only and not eligible for insurance reimbursement
Individual 90 minutes $325
Individual 120 minutes $425
Couples or family 90 minutes $450

Individual Commitment Packages
Individual commitment packages are private pay only and not eligible for insurance reimbursement
5 session package $1,000 includes one 15 minute check in
10 session package $2,000 includes two 15 minute check ins
