I’m Soraya Wilder, LPCC #15373, EMDR certified and ART informed. My work blends trauma informed therapy with CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation to help shift patterns in both your mind and your body. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, relationship stress, and life transitions, with a style that is warm, direct, and deeply practical.
