Coaching and programs are designed for clients who are looking for structured support, practical tools, and guided growth around a specific area of life. This work can be especially helpful for clients who want more clarity, accountability, and direction as they move through personal transitions, emotional challenges, identity shifts, relationship patterns, or changes in confidence and self-perception.

While therapy often focuses on healing, processing, and emotional insight, coaching and programs may offer a more goal-oriented structure. Personal Growth and Self-Understanding: I support clients in exploring patterns, values, needs, strengths, and areas where they may feel disconnected from themselves. This work can help clients develop greater self-awareness and make choices that feel more aligned.

Midlife and Menopause Focused Support: This specialized offer supports clients navigating the emotional, physical, and identity changes that can come with midlife and menopause. Coaching may address body image, confidence, mood changes, self-criticism, shifting roles, relationships, and the desire to reconnect with oneself in a more compassionate and grounded way.

Body Image and Self-Compassion: I help clients explore their relationship with their body, especially during seasons of change. This may include working through self-judgment, grief around physical changes, comparison, confidence, and learning to relate to the body with more care and respect.

Navigating Life Transitions: I support clients through changes such as career shifts, parenting changes, relationship transitions, caregiving responsibilities, aging, menopause, empty nesting, or redefining personal identity and priorities.

Building Practical Tools: Coaching and programs may include practical strategies, reflection exercises, journaling prompts, communication tools, grounding practices, and personalized action steps that clients can apply in daily life.

My training as a therapist consist of one on one and group therapy sessions in an Intensive Outpatient Program with diverse client populations and mental health challenges. The training includes techniques from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
